Swapnali Bhosale Kadam - An entrepreneur extraordinaire, is known for her sharp business acumen that fosters growth across diverse sectors. An alumna of the Harvard Business School, she carries the legacy of planning and designing iconic real estate projects like God’s Gift, God’s grace, God’s blessings - Pune’s first 100-meter tower, and the Verde Residence Collection under the renowned ABIL group. Under the aegis of Bharati Vidyapeeth - one of the largest educational conglomerates in India - she has pioneered many prominent projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors. The first CAIE board school within the organization, 'Bharati Vidyapeeth Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence (BVRTSE), is a testament to her trailblazing vision. She is spearheading the new Bharati Vidyapeeth Campus in Navi Mumbai which offers Engineering and Management. Swapnali has been instrumental in setting up a 300-bed super-speciality hospital at Kharghar and collaborating with Medicover group of hospitals for operating this hospital. Additionally, she founded COVIE in 2019, a luxury co-living venture that quickly expanded to major cities like Mumbai and Bangalore. COVIE redefines comfortable living with premium spaces, exceptional amenities, and a vibrant community for students and young professionals. Swapnali Bhosale Kadam is not just a visionary leader but also a passionate advocate for creating positive change in society. With a deep sense of social responsibility, she is actively involved in numerous impactful initiatives. An avid reader, adventure sports lover and passionate fitness enthusiast; her success is a reflection of her philosophy- 'Dreams don’t work unless you do'.

Abhishek is a warm and charismatic leader by heart and a perfectionist by nature. He has successfully started and run various ventures and scaled them exceptionally well. Mastering in fields like strategy, people management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills. His educational background holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering and also a postgraduate degree in construction management from XIME. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta specialising in Finance and Marketing, he is also a fellow of Cornell University in Management. With over two decades of industry experience, Abhishek has made significant contributions while working with renowned global firms such as Lend Lease, DTZ, and OchZiff, among others.

Vikrant Jharia brings over three decades of distinguished leadership in the hospitality industry. With a rich history at renowned brands like IHG, Le Meridien, and Taj Hotels, he meticulously oversaw operations and profitability across Vikrant’s impact extends beyond traditional hospitality settings. He played a pivotal role in establishing world-class outlets, including the first Regus Business Centre in New Delhi and an Ultra-Luxe Corporate Club in BKC, Mumbai. These achievements underscore his ability to elevate brands across diverse sectors.
